The Plaza of Spain in Cadiz is one of the most emblematic of the province capital. Located near the harbor, unique buildings such as the House of the Four Towers , the customs building (current County Council ) and the Monument to the Constitution of 1812. It was started in 1912 by architect Modesto López Otero and sculptor Aniceto Marinas, to commemorate the 1812 Constitution. It was completed in 1929.
